Privacy Policy

Information processed when you visit

Our hosting, network-delivery, and security providers receive the information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, date and time of a request, requested URL, referring page, browser and device information, protocol and response details, and security or diagnostic events. WordPress also processes technical information needed to serve pages and protect and administer the site. Administrative activity may create login, change, error, backup, or security records.

We use this information to provide the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors or security events, maintain backups, and administer WordPress. We do not use public visitor accounts, comments, registration, newsletters, lead forms, advertising, affiliate tracking, retargeting, or third-party social, map, or video embeds during this experiment.

Search measurement and on-site analytics

Interior Design Pad does not use Google Analytics 4 or another on-site analytics service during Phase 1. The site does not intentionally load an analytics tag, tracking pixel, analytics consent interface, or analytics cookie for ordinary public reading.

We use aggregate reports in Google Search Console to understand how the site appears and performs in Google Search. We may also use Bing Webmaster Tools as a separately reported secondary search source. These search-platform reports do not require Interior Design Pad to load on-site analytics code for ordinary page views.

If on-site analytics are proposed later, this policy will be updated before collection begins, and any applicable consent or opt-out controls will be reviewed and provided before activation.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public-reading configuration does not intentionally use analytics, advertising, affiliate, or personalization cookies. WordPress, the hosting platform, and related infrastructure may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms when needed for administration, security, session management, or service delivery. Cookies used for authenticated site administration are not part of the ordinary public-reading experience.

Privacy email and requests

If you email privacy@interiordesignpad.com, Zoho Mail processes your sender address, recipients, message headers and content, attachments, timestamps, and related security and delivery information. We use that information to respond, protect the mailbox, and maintain a limited request record. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, complete cookie strings, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to appeal a response. Contact the privacy address and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records and protect them from unauthorized disclosure.

Retention

Hosting, security, WordPress administration, backup, and email records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and request handling, subject to provider settings and backup cycles. Privacy-request records are limited to what is needed to document and complete the request. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations and technical backup limits.

Disclosure and transfers

We disclose information to providers that host, deliver, secure, administer, or provide email for the site and to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations under their service and data-protection terms.

Google and Microsoft may process search activity within their own search services and provide webmaster reports to the site operator. Interior Design Pad does not intentionally send ordinary page-view analytics data to those webmaster tools from an on-site analytics tag.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and the site does not display ads during this experiment.

Browser privacy signals

The current site does not intentionally track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. Because sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, and on-site analytics processing are not currently performed, browser Do Not Track or opt-out preference signals do not change the site’s present behavior. If relevant processing is introduced later, applicable opt-out preference signals will be reviewed before activation.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this small editorial site, including limited administration, HTTPS, backups, security monitoring, minimized features, and restricted provider settings. No system is completely secure.

Children

Interior Design Pad is a general-audience home-planning publication for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact the privacy address if you believe a child provided personal information.

External links

The site may link to manufacturer, agency, code, retailer, or other external resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The policy version and effective date identify the current text. If a future change introduces on-site analytics or another new data practice, the policy and applicable visitor controls will be updated before that processing begins.
